KTHA is home to over 100 based aircraft experiencing approximately 26,000 flight operations per year.

The Beechcraft Heritage Museum property adjoins KTHA and the Airpark. The museum is a world class facility, home to over thirty vintage aircraft. Airpark guests are often treated to a guided tour of the Museum. Membership is available for the like minded. Visit the museum @ beechcrafthm.org.

Arnold Air Force Base is home to Arnold Engineering Development Complex which operates an array of aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels. Thus Tullahoma is known as Wind Tunnel City and boasts the theme of Aeronautical Excellence all along the main street thru the City.

A three-minute drive from the Airpark to shopping, banking and an array of restaurant options in down town Tullahoma

Drive five minutes northwest of the Airpark and see nature in many forms: open fields of corn/wheat/soybeans, winding roads/paths, babbling creek/waterfalls and wildlife.

Drive south toward Winchester or east toward Manchester and see the Appalachian Mountains approaching. Four lakes and a state park are within 15 minutes. Monteagle Mountain is a 25-minute drive. Go back in time, to the mid 1800's, on a driving tour of the University of the South in Swanee atop Monteagle Mountain. Return to Tullahoma through the quaint little town of Cowan and take in the Railroad Museum and cookie shop.
